How can I update my personal details?

It’s easy to change your personal details in your OET account. This includes your gender, contact information, ID details and nationality.

Where do I update my details? 

To update these details, log into your OET account. Go to your account details and edit the required fields. Remember to save your changes. 

For OET on Paper at a venue:

1. Log into your OET account
2. Click Edit contact info on the left side navigation under your email address.
3. Edit any of the editable details listed in each tab.
4. Click Save to save your changes. 

OET on Computer at a venue and OET@Home: 

1. Log into your OET account
2. Click my details on the left side navigation.
3. Click Edit next to the section you’d like to update.
4. Click Apply these changes to your Profile and Bookings to save your changes. 

How do I change my name or date of birth? 

While you can’t update your legal name or date of birth yourself, we can support you if you need these details changed. Please complete this form to request an update to your name or date of birth. Your request will then be processed within 1-2 business days. You'll receive an email once it has been processed.
