When will I receive my OET Test timetable? Where do I find my test times?

Making sure your OET Test timetable is handy will help ensure your test experience is smooth. Here’s how you can find your timetable, based on your OET Test mode. 

OET on Paper at a venue: 

Your OET timetable is emailed to you by your test venue within one week before the test day. Please ensure you check your inbox and junk/spam folder. 

Your timetable contains: 

• Each sub-test's date and start time 
• Your test venue name and address 

What happens if I haven't received my timetable one week before my test? 

If you haven’t received your timetable, and you've checked your emails thoroughly, including inbox and junk/spam folder, you can contact your selected test venue, who will be able to assist. 

To find your test venue’s contact information:  

1. Visit “Book a test“
2. Enter your venue’s name in the search bar; eg.. International House London
3. Select your venue from the drop-down
4. Click the "Find a test" button
5. Click “view venue details” to access their contact information

OET on Computer at a venue/OET@Home: 

Your OET timetable can be found in your OET booking confirmation email and your OET Account. Log in and navigate to the Bookings tab to locate your test information. 

Your timetable and booking confirmation email contains:  

• Dates and start time 
• Your test location details (venue name and address for OET on computer at a venue)
